Annual membership fee is $39 for an individual or $69 for a family that is on the same account. If you are a business wanting to have employees join, please ask about our member rates.

You will receive 15% off all services. This discount is only for services. It does not include dental products such as Sonicare toothbrushes, whitening products, Iorinse, etc. The 15% discount may be used immediately after joining. The discount is given when you pay your balance in full the day of service.

There are benefits to the new River Advantage. It is only an annual membership fee and not a monthly fee.

For the members of our previous plan, it will be an average annual savings of $309-$549 on your membership fees.

You will not pay for services you do not receive. Ex, old membership included possibly more cleanings than some would come in for. There are no yearly maximums like there are with insurance companies.

We will automatically bill the fee onto your account on your anniversary date. If you choose not to participate in the membership after receiving your statement, please call or email our office to cancel. No membership refunds will be given if our office has already honored discounts for that annual membership.

Each member will receive a membership card with afterhours emergency contact numbers.
